Judging Criteria Projects will be judged based on:
  1. Creativity and Innovation: How unique and creative is the idea?

  2. Technical Difficulty: How complex and technically challenging is the project?

  3. Functionality: Does the project work as intended?

  4. Impact: How meaningful or impactful is the project?

Judges’ decisions are final. Code of Conduct Hack the Valley 2025 adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and inclusivity. All participants, mentors, and sponsors must abide by the following:
  1. Respect: Treat others with respect, kindness, and courtesy.

  2. Safety: Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

  3. Collaboration: Foster a supportive and positive environment for learning and innovation.

Violations of the code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the event. Additional Rules

  • Participants may bring their own devices and tools, or use equipment provided by the organizers.

  • Ensure any personal equipment complies with the venue's safety standards.

  • Mentorship and Resources:

    • Mentors and sponsors may provide guidance and resources, but all project development must be completed by the participants.

  • Refund Policy:

    • Hack the Valley 2025 is a free event, and no monetary refunds apply.
